Morgan Michalak MS, RDN, CPT brings a wealth of expertise as a Performance Dietitian and Personal Trainer committed to guiding athletes and active gym enthusiasts toward optimizing their performance through Fuel 4 Performance. With a background as a collegiate athlete, Morgan's curiosity about nutrition drove her to investigate how athletic individuals can effectively fuel themselves to attain their goals and perform at their peak.

With a Master's Degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity, from the University of Southern California, Morgan dove into nutrition science, acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to assist individuals in achieving their specific nutrition objectives. Emphasizing the belief that nutrient density can be added to any meal, Morgan champions the philosophy that knowledge is power when it comes to nutrition.
